I worked at a fancy restaurant for a bit and they had caprese salad with strawberries instead of tomatoes. 10/10 SO good. Chef said strawberries and tomatoes are molecularly super similar so you can trade them for each other in a lot of recipes if the flavor works

It’s funny because the ramen you loved is produced by a high end ramen restaurant, which is probably why it tastes so good. They give you an absolute 5 stars experience in the restaurant (must go!)

Ichiran is actually an extremely popular ramen brand in Japan. They have restaurants in very few places though. I’ve only been to the one in New York City. It’s best known for its “ramen for introverts” experience because you get your own booth to eat in. You fill out a sheet to completely customise your order, and you don’t have to talk to anyone, they just give you your ramen and go. Would recommend the experience to anyone who really enjoys ramen.

Just as an aside, yes, when you chop basil it oxidises and changes colour. Normally when I freeze my basil from my herb pots, I keep it whole (I don't chop it) so I don't know why a professional company would chop it, it also alters the flavour a bit too.

Gefriertrocknung ist echt pure Physik und super spannend, wenn man sich mit dem Prozess beschäftigt. Der zu trocknende Gegenstand wird erst herabgekühlt, anschließend wird der Druck soweit abgesenkt, dass das Wasser sublimieren kann. Bei der Druckabsenkung können sich die Sachen ausdehnen, deshalb sind deine sauren Würmer so riesig :)

I’m curious about the safety of the instant hot pot, my parents have a business selling self heating meals in ration pack, the chemical packet which reacts with water same as the hot pot one seen in video is seperate from the food. The food stays sealed in a foil packet so the chemical water/steam doesn’t touch the food. The hot pot one seems the chemical steam would get into your food. Doesn’t seem like something I would want in my body personally. Would love to know if anyone has more info on the hot pot safety tho 👍

I watch a lot of makeup tutorial videos and your video came up in my algorithm. I just wanted you to know that you have made my life so much easier to handle. Let me explain....On May 5th, my husband had a stroke. He is only 49. (I am 51, BTW) He was in ICU for 2 weeks and ever since then he has been in a care facility. He has no mobility in his left arm and left leg. He is also now blind in his left eye. Cognitively, he is ok. His short term memory is bad sometimes, but his long term memory is still intact. Needless to say, I have been very depressed. I have been alone in our home since he had the stroke. Alone with my thoughts. It has been a very hard road. I do have our dog, Charlie, to keep me company, but it's been really hard not having my husband here. I watch KZfaq pretty much 24/7 because I hate regular television. But last month I found your videos and I can honestly say that when I watch them, I don't think about my depressing life. You make me laugh so much!!! You are just so funny and entertaining! It’s suuuper delicious and it’s a fun experience to line up, choose the thickness and texture of your noodles, customize your soup etc. and then you get to experience the booths where you never have to interact with the servers 😅. Also, it’ll be much cheaper haha.
