⁠⁠@@teyannaelevatesi used to work here a little while back. the owner at the time, sammantha, was incredibly sus. no tips first 2 months, 20% off food, 1 free food item after 6 months, 20% off for cops in uniform, no lunch breaks. i worked a 10 hour shift once and got two 15 min breaks at separate times. i started asking my coworkers if this was normal, one guy even said “yeah, i could sue, but i’m nice.” then i got fired, presumably for asking too many questions. delicious food, but incredibly depressing work environment. hopefully the new owner is better.

You’re in my home town and Lakeview-Ocean avenue is where I grew up Beeps been around forever that’s a city staple It changed hands and the burgers did change but they still better than McDonald’s down the street The nostalgia & memories of the neighborhood makes me proud to see you showcase Beep’s

Beep's uses buns from local bakery Semifreddi's which is one of the reasons it's so good. A junk bun will make a junk burger. They used to have a sign on the glass with the Semifreddi's logo which I appreciated for transparency reasons. I'm not sure why they removed it.

my parents use to eat at bills, way back in the day. they have had different owners since, but they put that on everything, that bills was popping. Beeps in the last couple of years had a new owner take over and bring it back to the glory days. hope the food spots smack in the bay for you brotha.

look like like in north shore got to mels dinner if its still there and if you can go to tads steak house near the market street trolley!! very old school i remember when the steaks were 4.99 there lol, thin steak grilled , bake potato , and salad 4.99 that was 1985 lol , just go there and see if its still around i think you and viewers would love it lol!!!

If you find yourself in Napa, there's a food trailer called Imagination On Fire. They do burgers, and fried chicken, and both are ridiculously good. Keep doing it right!

Thanks for a great video. The guys in my family like Beeps but unfortunately there was hard gristle ìn it the only time i tried it. We definitely prefer Super Duper but have only gone to the Marina, Serramonte and Emeryville locations. We used to go to Bills way back in the day, but we had to save up because it used to cost so much more than other places back then... but it was good back then. I'm checking out others' recommendations on the comment.

I’m from the city Super Duper Burger is awesome. You can add egg on your burger don’t forget avocado. The reason why it’s depressing is that downtown is no longer what it is before. If you came before pre-pandemic you would feel the vibe and busy that super duper was. Super Duper has three locations in the city and one up north in mill valley. You should of also done a burger review with Uncle Boy since you were close to Bill’s place

Beeps burgers has been my go to spot since I was Youngsta an especially when the menu was different had the burgers hot dogs grilled cheese and also their famous teriyaki chicken plate. But they got bought out back in like 2015 but they are still fucking good best burger spot in sf hands down

I have one for you. Best fried chicken sandwich in the city. The Bird. It’s in the Financial District. I promise you’ll love it. Also, as far as burgers go, try ABV in the Mission. Best cheeseburger in the city IMO.
