This came out so good. Definetely has me interested in trying Curlsmith when they have a sale. Our textures are so similar, you inspire to me to do wash and go's. But they never look good so I stick to twist outs. 😭

You were not wrong . My hair has been is a bun for two days because I have not been ready to dissolve this product off my hair. Tried it twice- I’m no styling expert so this is just my opinion- hair felt stiff , frozen tangled and dry

I took the quizz and it recommended the Balm and then that gel. The balm may take away that stickiness. Your hair came out good☀️

Agree - the first time I used the gel, my hair felt sticky but I loved how it looked. The next wash day, I used the hold me softly under it and it was perfection.

Have you tried the mane choice gels? Not sure if they’re vegan or not but they are 50% off today and I’d love to hear your thoughts. Preferably the braid out glaze, I love them!

I have a review of the full A-maz-zon line which includes a gel. I then used that gel in one of my "Everything But The Kitchen Sink" videos. Many of their gels just don't seem to have much hold in the ingredients.

I have 3b hair with some 3c ringlets around my edges. It's the only hold that really STOPS the frizz....I use this in conjunction with Curl Talk Defining Cream which gives my hair a needed shine. It was so frustrating for me to stop the dull frizzy look of 3b hair even after deep conditioning with Shea Butter.

Your hair looks beautiful with this gel. Do you feel like it does better in the humidity than the Kinky Curly? I was wanting to revisit that combo for the summertime lol

It reacted less and was less sticky. The big BUT is that the initial kinky curly set is better.

I just tried it for the first time and for some reason my hair didn’t like it at all. It felt too light on my hair and my hair doesn’t like gels with lighter consistency’s. Which really annoyed me because I paid good money for it and because it said extreme hold I thought it was gonna be a bomb product. But my hair was like: nope 😂
