I’m on a mission to find the best protein bar, so we are trying all the protein bars we can get our hands on. In this video we try the Grenade protein bars. There was a total of 14 flavours, give it a watch to see our thoughts.

I love Grenade bars. I find the salted caramel reminds me of a Mars bar here in Canada, the milk chocolate oreo is my second fav. I love the dark chocolate mint, reminds me of a york peppermint patty and a thin mint cookie combined, also a bit like a mint slice cookie a friend of mine in Australia sent me one time. The nutter butter one reminds me a little bit of a snickers vibe, the caramel choas gives me like a soft twix vibe.. the fudged up is just delicious in my opinion. Those are all the ones I've tried. I'm not usually a fan of white chocolate so I haven't tried any white chocolate ones, and I'm limited with flavors as to what I can get here in Atlantic Canada.

I love all the Grenade bars I struggle to try to get50gms a day in so they’re always a handy snack
