I used your 40% code to try out the MyProtein clear whey sour watermelon flavor - and I love it! It took only two days to arrive at my door - and it tastes like a jolly rancher without the chalkiness of typical protein powders...I agree it has the taste that resembles pre-workouts like Alpha Lion. I have two minor gripes - it's "only" 20g and not in the 25-30g range, but the worst part is that it foams after mixing and you have to wait at least 5 min for the foam to dissipate!

I purchased a My Protein Mike and Ike tub because of a KZfaq Short you posted using it. Huge thanks, as someone who struggles to eat the amount of protein I want too (I have a small-ish appetite) this is a huge help, basically cool-aid with 20gs of protein 😂

I bought light 2x 10 and 2x 20 pound dumbell cheap ones and walk a lot for few weeks before joining the gym. You don't need anything fancy just make sure you stretch and fo light work outs at home when you're not doing much and gym to push yourself more. Eventually the weights at home will feel useless but don't get rid of them.

Love your videos brudda, hoping to get toned just like you. I’m currently 154 lbs right now but it’s hard st times since I work as a nurse. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and trying to see if 100 g of protein is enough for me through food or protein drink?

The Iced Coffee one would be perfect in the mornings but I think 150mg of Caffeine is too high. I wish it was 75mg or something. I think I’ll still give it a try

Im consuming 3-4 servings of whey daily. Is that okay? Finding it hard to hit my cutting deficit calories with other protein sources.

Personally, I’d recommend reducing to max 2 scoops per day as too much can cause potential gut issues. There are plenty of lower calorie protein-rich sources such as egg whites and chicken breast to name a few

Eggs for breakfast, meat at lunch, meat at dinner, greek yogurt.... then you'll only need 1 scoop a day.

whats ur cal range u trying to sit at VS amount of protein? eggs (3-5) will be a great way with low calories. greek yogurt is good for 15G at 90cal for what i use. the leaner ground beef the better and tuna is perfect for low cal and 20G protein. honestly if you cant cut more cal for your protein you might want to just consume a little bit more and then work in a 30 min power walk/jog where you can to cut 200-500cal that way

Their concern is probably with the artificial sweeteners in protein powder which is debatable. MyProtein has an unflavored protein powder that don't have any artificial sweeteners so no gut problems --- unless you're lactose intolerant in which case you should get a lactose-free or lactose-aid one such as MyPro The Whey, Whey Forward or plant-base protein powders

I put mine in: 2 cups fairlife whole milk(if lactose intolerant) 2 Tbsp of PB2(Peanut butter powder) 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder It’s so good and very low on sugar and artificial sweeteners. I use it on my workout days.

They're the most revolutionary protein powders. It's basically pure protein this has impossible for consumer level consumption for decades. The technology used to get this is beyond imagination. It will be expensive obviously.

depends on your protein goal. with 194lb your goal should be at least be 156 grams of protein. so just kind of work around that when using protein powder - some days you’ll use two scoops, one scoop, or none at all.

Dairy products can exacerbate acne. I'd make sure to 1. Use a non-dairy milk alternative, so instead of regular milk use nut milk or oat milk. 2. Either avoid whey concentrate which contains the most lactose and use more filtered/processed forms of whey such as isolate or hydrolyzed. Or even better, use something non-dairy such as MyProtein whey forward that is animal-free or plant protein such as pea protein

This is not true, THE average gym goer, weight lifter even if going 5 days a week does not need 1gm/body weight, your body can NOT STORE protein, any protein NOT used up, turns to fat/sugar, your not burning up that much protein just going to a gym and lifting, maybe a ufc fight boxer etc will burn that much protein
