There was an update to Moving Out that added platinum time for all base game levels. Let's see how tough getting a platinum medal is. Spoiler: very tough.

I swear to God, this game hates it when 2 people try to pick up a slightly heavy object. There are so many times I just got angry at the game

How do you unlock the platinum times? They're all locked for me and all the stuff online is about the platinum trophy for PS4, do you have to gold every level?

Just checked this in our game. We didn't gold every level but on the levels with gold we do have platinum times unlocked. So I guess you need to get gold on a level to unlock a platinum time for it. Though I'm not sure if you need to beat the game beforehand or not

@@MixarThe my partner and I beat the gold and platinum time on our second run on that level so we're wondering if it came with the expansion, we bought it before we turned the game off for the night so we shall see tomorrow!! :) I'll let you know if that's what it is!

@@ril3y_juliet Did you figure this out? I seem to have the same issue (platinum times show a padlock for all the levels).

Just to answer my own question, it appears that you need a minimum of 5 gold times ("trophies"/"medals") in order to open up the platinum times. After this, the platinum times for each level are only shown once you have achieved a gold time on that level.
