Mariah Lowe that is very true but I was simply referring to how difficult it is to do any full rotation backwards on ones first attempts especially if you’re not tucking, and that teaching her to tuck would have made it a lot easier

thats cause backflip is easier. Front flip takes more rotation and skill. Backflip just takes overcoming fear

I was always super duper scared to do a backflip. But you just want to commit and go for it. I just did that and landed it... I think a backflip is easier that a frontflip.

I did my first backflip tonight! This video was a great inspiration and got me over my fear or throwing back. It took me over 100 attempts and almost 2 hours but with no spotter I learned it! Thank you so much! 👊👊
