Do a draft where you only draft players by highest physicality rating, so start with the 5 star physicality and work your way down.

For the next draft either start at a high number (Mcdavid #97) or start at a low number (kopitar #11). If you start high you have to pick a player with a lower jersey number than the last every time, and if you start low you have to pick a player with a higher jersey number from the last every time

Try making a team with players from the 3rd round or lower. So no 1st or 2nd round picks. Love to see what you can make!

Draft each one your own team.. Try to be in each division to play in semi-finals of the cup if possible. Make yourself on your team at 99 OVR (Salary?). The one with the lowest to the highest CAP hit team, choose a position for your player (CENTER / WINGER / DEFENSEMEN / GOALIE) no one can be the same position. who will dominate / most impact position?

You should try an all Northern European team (Finland, Sweden, Denmark)
