The beer can was old I just woke up from working a long shift at work my probation is from 5 years ago the gun isn’t stolen & has been removed from my case by the owner so yea if you don’t know the whole story just watch I was respectful even though I was wrongfully stopped

Because we see these Troopers on this wonderful vlog, I can only believe all states have such decent, respectful and professional troopers. There is always less than 1% that are not pleasant, same with county and local officers. Follow laws, and have everything needed to travel the roads, and we all can remain good citizens. Do stupid crimes, win the stupid prizes. Thank you Sir James for these videos, they affirm my respect to law enforcement. On the 4th, I had an interaction with a local county deputy and shook his hand and thanked him for his service. He stopped to help us as I was trying to rescue a small dog running down a busy highway. I saved the dog and was able to get the dog back to the owners on the 5th.

Whether it’s mums car or whoever here in my area in both NSW/QLD AUSTRALIA border your vehicle will be slapped with a police defect notice on it …you’ll have to find another means of getting home ..trust me it’ll be a very long walk too..I’ve seen 2 sitting on side of road now one a van parts are disappearing fast off it..

Glad everyone had a opinion I’m a free man this case was dismissed cause wrongful stop plus if you’re watching correctly the ford that initially was in front of him had expired paper plates with I’m sure was no insurance instead he chased me down & the weapon wasn’t mine the beer container was days old & my nonviolent probation was from 5 years ago from having a weapon in my name while on probation after I was shot but thanks for the people who weren’t disrespectful & to those who thought I was high I wasn’t I just woke up from a long shift I’m a delivery driver so stop judging people on the internet you have no clue about be blessed thanks for watching

The camera picks up the plate number, and in this case alerts the trooper that there is no active insurance on the car. It’s his mother’s car, so the trooper didn’t know who was driving until he had him stopped for no insurance.

@@CarpRider yes, i got that from this scenario. Just asking if that is a SOP in Ark. For instance, if he were driving a car registered to him, and no obvious infractions were made. Would Trooper know he can pull sub over and do a search for this "search waiver" driver?
