Condley wasn't PRIMARY or SECONDARY, therefore he was trailing 1/4-1/2 mile behind. The other units had it cleared for him to trail behind. I see no fault whatsoever with his driving in the pursuit.

No kidding. I was thinking the same myself. I have seen ASP go a lot faster then that, and when the one ahead says "get up here, im running out of gas. Doing 113mph", he does not go over 110mph. How do you expect to catch up...lol

Agree 100%. I thought at first it was just me that was thinking “why are you driving so slow when the squad ahead of you is running out of gas. That would have sucked if he did and the “suspect” got away.

Patrol vehicles get tired when we own them. The long idle times, quick acceleration, and daily use just wear them out. You never realize it until your buddy is chasing someone and your car has no guts.

Me too. We all knew who they were. Mostly female officers, not every female officer, but many of them. The male 'slow responders' were well known, While I was responding to an 'officer assist' call, I even witnessed a male officer turn in behind a strip center and cut his lights off in order to be slow to the call. We all knew them.

No increased effort to close the gap even when the primary said he was running low on gas. In the end, if their all happy, that's all that matters. Thanks for the discussion.

That would be J-15, NST says he ain't got that one yet and he said he'll post as son as he gets it. Damn Monday pulled in a trifecta, 3 car thieves trying to sneak a convoy through the backwoods and still got proper phucked!

You took the words right out of my mouth!!!! What in the hell was he doing? The officer ahead of him said he was running low on fuel and Condley kept driving like he was out for a Sunday stroll………..he may not be ready or qualified to be ASP.

@@NaturalStateTransparency You are supposed to be acting an unbiased reporter presenting videos, otherwise then lose any educational value. I understand you being pro-police, I am too. I am an ex 16 year police vet from the Dallas area. You stated that "the other units had it cleared for him to trail behand," but nothing could be farther from the truth. Not sure what video you were watching, but at one point in the video the primary unit called Condley and specifically asked him to speed up and catch up with him because he was low on fuel and Condley may have to take over as primary. The only reason the city police squad was secondary was because Condley could not keep up. Like you, I side with the cops whenever I can, but as a learning tool, I'll also point out mistakes too. I've made my share of them in the career. I've seen officers in the past who were afraid of one aspect or another of the job. Like driving fast in a chase, or even a code run. Or they would go out of there way as to not be first on a robbery call or a domestic. Sometimes it's fear on getting sued, or fear of getting hurt or killed. You have seen it yourself in active shooter calls where the officers wait outside and don't go in. Not saying 100% that is what happened in this instance, (could have been a problem with his squad) but at the end of the video his excuses about, "I was trying, but I couldn't catch up," will only go so far.

Is Patrol live associated with NST? Because when I first watched NST I unsubscribed to patrol live and all the others. Seriously, I would like to know. Cause if I don't see NST any where, I don't bother.

????? I will continue looking for NST on any video. My brother watched a video from Patrol live a few minutes ago. He said it involved An Arkansas Officer taking a guy out by hitting him head on. I remember seeing that on NST channel Recently. Be Blessed and stay safe. ❤
