He may have the ability to connect to people who need help through digital media like this. His consciousness can be aware and interact on a much higher level (and instantaneously with many people) because he's no longer limited by a physical body. Hope that makes sense. He's been bringing answers to me about very specific and uncommon questions I've had recently too. Like dealing with paranormal entities and respectful interactions with Nature Spirits. Self protection and helping Earthbound Spirits to cross over peacefully. It's very rare to come across this type of knowledge. I hope there is some video Kechara will find and post videos about thoughtforms, tulpas, spirit portals and other paranormal knowledge he may have shared before he made his transition

Dhamma means truth, and many of these truths bring you to the root of your problems, which happen to be almost the same for everyone. The only difference between my suffering and yours, is in how we distract ourselves from it 🙂

How many mantras of Vajrasattva did you recite so far?

I asked about the number of your recitations because the quantity has an impact on the experience. With 10000 mantra recitations you are practically at the beginning. For many people, the purifications and effects, the experiences with this purification practice, begin later. I can only give you the personal advice, make sure that you have received or will receive a very proper explanation and lung. There are very few people who have hardly any negative experience with this practice or even no negative experience at all. These presumably have very good karma and few negative things to purify. But it can also be that one does not do the practice correctly and/or also does not have the blessing of the lama or the lineage, this leads to the fact that one also has no results. That would be the absolute worst case. Why is that the worst case? For two reasons. 1. after 100,000 recitations you think you have purified your memory consciousness and then move on to the next preleminary practice, but unfortunately this is not the case. This could be compared to the situation where you think you have cleared a minefield, but you have not. You then wonder that it can still be that very violent things can happen in your life. 2. because the negative karma has not been cleared, there also remains a lot of karmic veils in the mind that prevent you from making proper progress in your practice. Extensive and correct explanations are important, as well as a lung for practice. Then one is well prepared. I hope these short explanations are useful. Should you already know or do everything correctly, then please excuse me for wasting your time with my scribblings here. PS: It is extremely good practice, as you have done, to continue with prelemary practices when difficulties arise. You can reduce the amount and intensity a little bit, but you should not let the thread loose. This sounds very good in theory, but in practice it can sometimes be very difficult. But breaking off should never be an option, this human body and life is too precious. These are my two cents ....

@@holgerdanske3960 thank you for your kind advice. I've received tremendous benefits from the practice, despite having no lung. Just following the text by Lama Zopa Rinpoche and repeatedly watched some video on the explanation of the 4 Opponent Powers - Refuge, Regret, Remedy, Resolution. Psychological benefits is the most obvious for me, which includes peace of mind, understanding the dharma better (especially Shunyata; emptiness for some reason) and better health. My relationships with others improved as I understand emptiness and start letting go. I agree 10k recitations isn't a lot, and I am intending to go beyond 100k repetitions. I felt actually reap more benefits when I recite 108 times a day vs 21 repetitions ON THAT DAY ITSELF. when i recite 21 repetition, I can feel I have more delusions and attachments. haha. But I agree with you, without doing it correctly, we reap lesser results. I also felt my "negative" experiences is very little, almost negligible. In fact, my life became better. hahaha
