At this point I just don't believe the Phantom Troupe had anything to do with the killing of the Kurta clan, they didn't have any reason to do it and the more we learn about them the less guilty they seem. You won't see them attacking civilians just like that. I think the 4th prince is not the mastermind of the kurta clan masacare. the true mastermind of kurta mass killing are the elders of the meteor city, they are the one that push chrollo to create the phantom troupe. But the only reason they kill chrollo friend named sarasa is to make chrollo realized how cruel a world that they live in ,and make a meteor city a terrifying place that no one would dare to commit another atrocious crime.my only suspect of sarasa killer is none other than the hailey family mafia,they are the one who killed sarasa and record the video while they torture the poor child.you know that the meteor city has a yearly taxes/ tribute to protect thier city and it happens that the hailey family is under the 4th prince influence and benefactor.you know the 4th prince love to watch video a young girl that being butchered.i think when chrolo killed all the members of kurta clan he offer their eyes that he collected to the elder of the meteor city,and elder gift or bargain it to the 4th prince which is the 4th prince cant say no to the beautiful scarlet eyes of kurta clan
