@TheMz Technically they are both PROfessional players. They play games as a profession. Hal is a competitive player and taxi is a content creator/streamer. The skill gap is definitely still there.

More like dezign + hal. Taxi is more like a clown who knows he isn't that good aim wise, he is just yelling for attention and being a movement god. hal and taxi seemed to have a fun banter there but against dezignful things got a little more serious.

you should check out Ras vs Cheeky 1v1 and YukaF vs Cheeky 1v1, those guys are insane at lurch strafing and still hitting all their shots, a super fun watch, would rec checking Cheeky POV for both so you can see Ras and YukaF movement

Hal wasn't even sweating, I guarantee if hal actually was sweating taxi would of gotten rolled even harder on either input. Hal just all around good player compared to taxi god movement. @@Plexez the literal timestamp I told in my comment plus the first two you considered walljump>mix of tap strafe is the Neo-strafe i was talking about. Neo Strafe is lurching twice that creates a circle or figure 8 whether or not you use wall jump first or went from a normal jump. from the walljump, he lurched and micro-slid, then lurched and micro-slid again.

Okay, what exactly was that Taxi movement at 2:15? I didn't know you could achieve enough height with a slide jump tap strafe into the platform. It also didn't look like a wall bounce tap strafe back into the mantle and then slide off. Am I missing something, or did he just manage to achieve enough height to immediately go into a slide since he was on the platform already?

its crazy the confidence he has on roller, and dude works it too, last weeks Hal's been playing pubs 1v3 and he has improved his aim like crazy. That's passion, dude has nothing else to prove, nothing else to gain, but still is training, grinding and putting in the work to be the best in apex.
