Spoiler:Semi-humans are another subspecies of ghouls. They are much more often born when a ghoul and a human are crossed. They differ from people in that they have increased physical characteristics like a ghoul, but they do not have kagune and they eat human food.They are Arima Kisho, Hairu Ihei, Furuta Nimura
