I still don't understand why a tzech tank gets rockets and a BZ-58-2 battle pass reward don't. So inconsistent 😕

This is a normal tier 9 reward vehicle, that is outshined by the overtuned ones. As a direction it is welcomed, we already have enough overtunded tanks.

They could make a turretless TD with "NOPE" rockets, basically rockets to go backwards. Imagine you track a turretless TD and it just uses rockets to back the hell away lol, it would be hilarious.

QB: wargaming needs to put weakpoints on impenetrable turrets. Also QB: its so frustrating having a weakpoint. Its such a big issue

I'd rather have prem/collector tanks like this upon release, than OP broken shit that WG will never adjust like the BZ-176, Borat and EBR 75. The problem is WG has released enough broken/very strong tanks which has adjusted the playerbase expectations for what an "exciting tank" is so much that when WG manages to release balanced vehicles, it gets treated as meh. I remember seeing CCs say that the BZ-58-2 is terrible, but somehow I never regret getting it.

I wish theyd do more lights and mediums for rewards they do a lot if heavies

It gives me a lot of mixed feelings because while the armor is okay and with the rockets you can get into position fast that gun depression and awful gun handling is a big deterrent for me. If any of you played the Defender you know how bad it feels to aim for a billion years and miss.

QB, thanks a lot for being my most trusted source for tank reviews as usual. Can you also add 1 element in your reviews, you probably just need like 20 secs to talk about this: for new premium/reward tank, especially for nations which doesn't have that many prem/reward tanks of a particular type, or the prem tank(s) for it is not easily obtainable (lootbox/occasional real $ in prem shop) - is it a good crew training tank? Yeah, there are so many prem tanks of all sort for USSR, USA, Germany, probably no need to talk about this for them. E.g. for the Czech HT's, currently, there are only 3x HT prem for crew training: Skoda T45 (t7), Skoda T56 (t8), TT-130M (t9), maybe we can also include Vz55 Gothic Warrior (t10). The T56 probably hands down the best crew trainer, but just like the Vz55 GW, they are not readily accessible. The T45 is slightly more easy to get for getting Bronze in Onslaught store, but it cost 6000 bonds. The TT-130 seems to be the easiest to get, especially for F2P players, just need to grind for a loooong time... Being a mostly F2P player, crew trainer tank is quite important, but feels like it's quite difficult to compare tanks with different tiers and cost/obtainability, but with your superior analytical mind, I trust you can figure out best criteria to use to compare them... 😅🤣

WG is REALLY missing the mark on the last few reward tanks, either Assembly ones, BP rewards etc etc. And yes, I would recommend the AE, CHar, and some of the older reward tanks over the newer ones, AND I would highly recommend the German Strv tonk, which is way more fun than the Swedish ones, and great for those who like to snipe! I feel this tank might be my cup of tea. I need the forgiving armor to compensate for my shortcomings in experience I try to work on in every session. It reminds me of the TNH where I don't like to use the auto loader, to have better DPM

I think at least 1 weak spot from on turret is good for balancing purposes.

Question: unused tokens from the last year were supposed to be converted by the end of last year into bonds? If this is the case, then I am missing some bonds...actually a bit more of them.

As someone who you may call whale, who consistently spends $500-$1000 every year on WOT, and has been playing since Beta, I have somewhat lost the excitement over WG new tanks ever since the British wheelers, Japanese HT line all other new auctions and assembly shop release included. WG balance Team seem to have chosen a extreme cautious approach that beside bringing new mechanism to the game, they would keep the other stats super low to the point of unplayable. That’s the reason I decided to have sat out on every new release of 2024 so far and be happy with hundreds thousands of go,d I bought from last Holiday event.

The currency system in wot is staggeringly complex. Tokens. Bonds. Schematics. Silver. Gold. Xyrgs. Pilds. Ionis.

I already have everything for Tokens so I'm getting this one anyway, doesn't matter if it's that good. Or I will wait for the other tank. I don't know. I have time to figure it out. Unless they're really good I'll still be playing the Char Futur and Chieftan Proto at t9.

Yeah the 244 pen rlly doesnt feel like a tier 9 but the tens of tier 10s with 250 pen are fine 🤷🏼‍♂️

From the looks of it, it seems like the E5, just need to be aggresive and hope rng is on your side or the enemy messes up their shot and doesnt hit the weakpoints

I think it is quite similar to WZ 111 1-4, though WZ has better mobility 5 degrees of gun depression (Same as WZ which is bad at most scenario) Huge left side cupola which get shot before you can even see your opponent at ridgeline (Same as WZ) Side scrapping (Maybe better than WZ)

that gun depression alone is a f no for me. least WG is consistent, majority of the BP "reward" tanks are terrible.

I’m finding I appreciate gun depression more and more I play. You don’t have to worry about your armor enough if they can’t see much of you.

They've gotta buff the speed or the gun handling. 3 degrees less gun depression with no real compensation in other statistics means it's a C or D tier tank. They could just give it a 2 round autoloader like the other cz heavies and keep the same DPM and it would probably be balanced.

I really don't know what's going on with the battlepass tanks. We had phase 1, char and 777 which are all great tanks that are not OP. After those? Nothing except for the cobra and kunze has been decent. Most bp tanks legit feel like an insult because they are not simply bad tanks, but they are not even fun to play! Looking at the lorr50t, kpz (worst offender), the boring BZ.... They need to wake up and stop making them mediocre and with no personality

This one’s kinda similar to blitz version of Vz. 51 Although it has 5 degrees of gun depression instead of 7 like vz. 51

again one of the tanks i rather have 5-6 equipment slots because 3 are not enough to compensate its downsites. getting WZ-114 vibes in regards to gunhandling (but WZ is at least accurate when you aim it fully)

This tank even if boring, seems like balanced way to get a rocket tank and can be used for crew training so even it not "exciting" i think it's a good addition to the game. Even if gameplay after rockets isn't exciting its still fun gimmick to have any rocket tank.

the armor seems to work a lot like on super pershing, that is it works wonders vs anyone who does not spam non heat gold and does not aim for weakspots, which is rare these days so while the tank does not seem bad at all, its nothing special for what it costs to get imo

The cooldown time for the rocket booster's are much faster for the TT-130M than the Chinese tanks, 4 seconds verse about 8 seconds.

Bz 68 has 8 degrees of gun depression only at the front , 5 to its sides , and it's really annoying , many times you need turn the turret rather than the whole hull and poke a ridge line , and this tanks is more boring to play than bz , very inflexible

the one thing War Thunder does way better than WoTs is its damage model system, cant just shoot a roof hatch over and over to kill a tank but instead need to hit something vital

Why doesn’t WG spend their time on bringing out new maps and revising old retired maps instead of yet another useless tank? I’d play the game more with new varied maps.

Did they stop giving these tanks built in free large repair kits? Anyway, I guess I just don't see the point of this tank. Do I want to play a rocket heavy? BZ-68 seems better. Do I want to train Czech crews? T 56 is better for its tier and it's a premium. Perhaps there's a market for those who really want a rocket tank but refuse to play Chinese tanks, and so WG has partially allowed this while also punishing them for their narrow-mindedness with a slower tank with less gun depression and fewer rockets.

Funny thing. The first row of BP tanks like Char Futur or AE Phase looks extremely good compared to the last 2 yrs BP tanks. They are now sub-par. ALL of them....... and dont mentioned Concept 1B/Kpz 50t from ranked. They are in "chieftain" class. WG is extremely inconsistent........ Last year I have hard time to find motivation to fill BP because of that lackluster tanks. This yr seems to be the same...... maybe worse.

Even tho it looks to be quite a bad tank, I think I will still get this instead of the TS-60. I already have plenty of American reward TDs, but nothing to train my Czech heavy crew with. I don't have the Cobra either, but it just feels way too expensive to play with as a free to play player.

Another Impennetrable tourret, "weak" spots not for lower tiers (so can bully them). since HE was nerfed, for me the funn died in this game.

So it's a heavily frustrating vehicle just because of its weakpoints. It has a cupola on the turret and two slits on the front hull. But if it didn't have any of those weakpoints, are we then complaining again that Wargaming only put in tanks without weakpoints? I think we need to make up our mind what we want. Do we want weakpoints or not? Do we want to be frustrated when we play the tank or when the enemy plays the tank?

Its a bit of a let down that you cant get both tanks for completing all the battle pass seasons without buying the improved one... I know its another method to get people to dump gold where possible but they should reward players for putting in so much time and dedication without forcing them to spend as much as possible.
