I only 3rd party lens I have is the TTArtisan 27mm and I really love it! Well, I also use some adapted Canon FD lenses if that counts lol

Great to see a kiwi photographer on KZfaq. For my money a lens having an aperture ring is preferable as it means I have one less command dial to adjust if I am working a fast-paced event. I have the Viltrox 27mm 1.2 and that lens is crazy sharp at the wide open end.

You can mount the APS-C, DX, crop lenses on FF cameras like Z8. It will be cropped but it will work.

thanks for the vid ! Beautiful location ? ! i am using some vintage russian lenses on my canon m6 m11 but lenses are incredibly heavy... i really love 7 artisians 0.95 ! i really love using Ltryo Illum !!!
