Hello! Your video was so informative! I was taking a PMS supplement that included a blend of Vitex + Dong Quai last month, finished about 27 days worth of it. I stopped taking it suddenly bc it started to make my very regular cycle late. When I stopped, my period came and then a month later when my next cycle was about to come- I experienced a scary panic attack I’ve never had before! I was anxious, depressed, paranoid, etc! Do you think this happened because I stopped cold turkey? I saw you said weaning is important and I definitely didn’t do that 😱

I love Vitex! It helped me! am still gonna take Vitex n maca while pregnant until 12 weeks, when the placenta takes over. Routing for you Stevie !!

Hi I’m in same boat. 8 weeks and planning to continue Vitex till 12 weeks. How did it go for you. Worries after seeing mixed reviews about it.

How much vitex did you take? I’m about to start taking it. I have tried preseed for three months with no success yet.

How do take vitex? I also have short luteal phase.

Take all month long at least 3 cycles

I haven't had a period in more then a year I had the implant for a year but my period never came back after removing it will this help

Hi I took a bottle already but I use to take all three capsules one time, and surprisingly I had two periods in one month. I now started the second bottle, and I started to take 1 capsule two daily one 9am and one 9pm.
