The fertility fix IVF docs don't want you to know about...
In my opinion, this is the best-kept secret for female factor hormonal infertility!
Nature’s Way Vitex is very cheap, you can usually find it somewhere for under $10 a bottle.
While Vitex is a great way to correct hormonal imbalances, it should never be the only thing we do to support hormones. Make sure you’re eating well, sleeping enough, eliminating stressors, and helping your body feel safe to carry a baby. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but women who have hormonal imbalances should not consume caffeine. Hormonally healthy women can usually consume it just fine and even see benefits. But when your hormones are off, caffeine just makes things worse. So consider weaning off caffeine while you try to conceive. If you don’t, the Vitex will probably still work…just a consideration to make.
I use the same whole food supplements in every season of life whether I’m pregnant, breastfeeding, or both, or trying to conceive:
Perfect Supplements beef liver, mushroom blend, and magnesium citrate are dailies for me. I also add collagen to my morning tea for extra protein. Use my discount code HOPEWELLHEIGHTS10 to get an additional 10% off of all Perfect Supplements brands on top of their mix-and-match discounts.
Perfect Supplements: www.perfectsupplements.com/pe...
As always, I am not a licensed herbalist or healthcare provider and this is not medical advice - use at your own discretion and feel free to fact-check everything I say in this video.

So right you are!! Struggled for 7 years to get pregnant. 2 prior miscarriages. I finally ditched the doctors because they were no help. Went on a grain free, organic diet, histamine diet, got rid of chemicals in the home. BAM 3 months pregnant at the age of 42. It was that easy when the chemicals were gone.

I was using vitex and myo inositol w/ chiro inositol just to regulate all my hormones and fix my cycles so that when I wanted to try I hopefully wouldn’t have trouble. I’ve been using vitex for 3 months consistently and just finished a bottle of the 2 inositols and accidentally became pregnant. I’m 33 with no kids, stage 4 endometriosis with fibroid’s. I thought I would never get pregnant. Trust me ladies, it works.

@@marie8456 I am taking vitex just in case my body isn’t producing enough progesterone on its own. I plan on weening myself off soon. And I’m taking both inositols still because I hear it can help prevent gestational diabetes. I might go off that soon too though and see how my body does up until that test. I’m 7 weeks today and have my first OB appointment next week. Figured I’d talk to my doc about it too.

@@imissmysister I was taking it everyday for 3 months. Now I will say that I think it was increasing my morning sickness so by the 6th week I stopped taking it cold turkey because I just couldn’t with all the nausea then 2 weeks later I miscarried. So be careful. I don’t think I miscarried because I stopped taking it but many midwives think just stopping it abruptly could result in a miscarriage. I had a subchorionic hemorrhage which resulted in my miscarriage. It’s okay because I know I can get pregnant now and I can do things differently next time and I can actually plan for next time. Like I said in my original post, my intentions were to regulate my cycles for when I wanted to try and I got pregnant without trying. If I could go back I would have kept taking the vitex even though I was extremely nauseous. Maybe that subchorionic hemorrhage wouldn’t have happened. Who knows though. I’m not blaming myself. God knows what he’s doing and this miscarriage was a huge lesson for me and it’s humbled me and it has made me grateful in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Next time I will be grateful for the nausea, the constant peeing, the vivid dreams, the lack of sleep, and all of the discomfort of the 1st trimester. I will be ready next time and more prepared in case of another miscarriage. Good luck to you. I hope you have great success in your journey. ❤️

I had many problems conceiving but never went to the Dr. I just kept praying & we were busy doing foster care so i wasn't super focused on it. We just believed when the time is right it'd come. Well i started a keto diet on/off for a couple years & then Surprise! After 2.5 years of marriage (& past fertility issues before becoming a Christian) at age 29 (almost 30)we were definitely pregnant! Vitex was great for getting my period to return about 5 years ago. I used it again recently though and had very bad emotional reaction to it (complete depression, hearing voices, feeling out of body). Researched deeper and learnt you shouldn’t use it if you’ve suffered depression. I had a bout of postpartum depression since taking it originally.

If you become pregnant and you feel like you may be miscarrying or you know you’ve miscarried and you have not got the rhogam shot yet, it is very important to head to the ER asap to let them know you need the rhogam shot so your body doesn’t build an immune response to expel the next pregnancy. If your body builds an immune response, it doesn’t mean you can’t have children it just means it will be extremely difficult to maintain the pregnancy if your child is rh+ and there will be other factors to be concerned about during the development of the baby in the womb. At 22 as he was boasting about never having had a single cavity and his tooth breaks. Went to the dentist and had a bunch of cavities. Sugar is the number one enemy of teeth and bones. It leaches out the calcium. My husband also has two sisters. One lets her kids eat anything, and their teeth are horrible. Thank you for this. I stopped ovulating last june and i am not trying to get pregnant however , i was experiencing a temp drop with no ovulation signs for cervical fluid shifts. Then i started getting dryness more often. This is when i realized i had fibroids . In the later months, i stopped having temp drops all together that would indicate ovulation . after months of no ovulation temp shifts, i am starting to not have temp shifts for my bleed time. So i am getting the fibroids released medically and will also start vitex as my hormone rebalancer while shifting my diet. I realize these fibroids are sending me into perimenopause early and this is not my desire. I long to have my menstrual until i am well into my elder years. Ahh I'm so sorry. I finally got pregnant with both my daughters with iui. Intra-uterine insemination is the most natural of all fertility treatments. All they do is get a sperm sample, wash it to make sure all the sperm are alive and active, and when you are shown to be ovulating (either with meds or naturally, proven by ultrasound) they insert a speculum and deposit the sperm right next to your cervix. That's it! ❤ It's also much MUCH more affordable than ivf. For us ivf would have been over $10k, and IUI was only $400!

I’d like more info on the charting. Is the different than just tracking your periods? Idk if I have a hormonal problem but I’d be scared to take this if I don’t.

I’m coming here in tears. I was diagnosed with PCOS two years ago and the doctor forced birth control on me. I’ve tried stopping it severally but have my symptoms come back 2x worse. I got vitex but want to use it when I’m off birth control please wish me luck 😊

When the Lord answers‼️ I was just praying about finding a way to help regulate my hormones. So far I was able to get pregnant with my youngest 2 sons (2021 and 2022. I have an oldest son born in 2011) using progest. Is that the name of the progesterone you recommend? But husband and I want at least 5 kids and plan to allow the Lord to take over from here on out. Thank you so much for this information ✝️🙏🏼❤️

Thank you! This is just what I needed. I have one child and it took me about 6 months to get pregnant with him. We started trying again last September and I became pregnant in March but had a miscarriage very early on. Since then we have been trying to get pregnant but with no luck. If I don't get pregnant this month, I will try Vitex. I have always had an irregular period so it will be interesting to see if this helps!

Thanks for this video! It was super helpful. I just started vitex this cycle, I have low progesterone and have been charting for 2 years now. Although I have low progesterone, my cycles are regular (24-25 days) with ovulation always being on cd 11. I have always supplemented with progesterone suppositories so I was super excited to try this. Along with my charting, I use my LH strips to confirm ovulation for sure. Today is cd11 for me and I’m having my LH surge but have not had any CM leading up to it (I always have a good amount of EWCM 2-5 days before ovulation), any idea why this is happening? I’m nervous I messed up by trying the vitex.

You probably don’t need progesterone assistance maybe? I’m not a doctor so don’t take my word for it. But do you have pcos or endo? If so, I would recommend ashwaganda and myo with chiro d inositol 40:1 supplements to help with other hormones that may be interfering with egg quality and other factors. Also research mucinex for the CM factor when trying to conceive. It may help! Good luck on your journey ❤️

Now I can't get pregnant....(tried 5 months) I'm now loosing my hair crazy, and still nursing my 2 years old and half....lack of sleep which lead to adrenal exhaustion.

Thank you so much I've been researching this and trying to figure out how to take it I was diagnosed with PCOS finally got my levels right and my doctor just said just try keto it will help with fertility ,I'm like okay but we have been trying for years for 3rd so I took a stand and here I am 28 ready to go all the way for 2-3 more babies my doctor isn't helping as much just like try a diet 😔
@milumav

Don't try keto, it's an extremely dangerous diet, (like the infamous deadly low-salt diet for patients with hypertension/cardiovascular problems, which ended up increasing the risk of strokes and lethal heart attacks because the results were all based on the patients previous consumption of the highly processed, demineralized, toxic "table" salt or "sodium chloride", and not on any of the unprocessed, unrefined, natural, pure salt types like sea salt, rock salt, Himalayan pink salt, etc, which are a "perfect nutritional food" that actually promote cardiovascular and overall health, like a key electrolyte should). The keto diet was originally intended for people who have insulin problems, but it's extremely dangerous for both sick and healthy people especially long term. Beware of any extreme diet, they're dangerous, can cause permanent health problems, and are not sustainable so your doctor knows if you don't achieve your health goals under his/her care he/she will just be able to blame "patient noncompliance" instead of continuing to work at mastering their field and actually doing the job they get paid SIX DIGITS to do. Most of them think learning ends after medical school, when it only really STARTS then. Just eat a clean balanced diet with unprocessed, organic non-gmo food, and take the essential high quality fertility enhancing nutritional supplements like iodine, vitamin D3 10,000 IU, iron (anemia can cause fertility problems), Vitex, etc. Good luck!

Respectfully, I've heard from my N.D. that you should not use bio-identical topical progesterone while taking Vitex because it can create a scenario where the ovaries will be over-stimulated and create an over-potentiation environment. Just want to put that out there. Love the idea, but may not be the best route.

I’ve also had tubal reversal surgery and had one successful pregnancy since that surgery, praying for one more 🙏🏼

In the video she says midwives recommend taking it through the first trimester and then tapering off. At that point the placenta, I think, takes over progesterone production.
