Tubular Drag Chain Conveyor Design Assembly Motion Study in Solidworks - Pipe Conveyor - Tube Conveyor
This is a basic model of a tubular drag chain conveyor. The tutorial consists of designing the drag chain, sprockets, pipe conveyor frame and then all these parts are assembled, then the Final Motion Analysis is done.
Note: This is just a model, created for basic learning purpose only.

Friend, thank you in advance for sharing the video and the tutorial. I have a problem in the construction of the Conveyor; since when I make the "chain matrix" (assembly mode) it creates it with 25 links and not 26 like it is in your video. Therefore it does not join all the links. It may be that the distance between the center of the sprockets is different from 400mm (what would be the final distance?). Could you confirm my doubt? I thank you very much

how many links you want to create in your project? if you want to create the same 26*2 links then at 16:27 do notice the orientation of the both 12 sided polygon and then make the centre distance 400mm.

@@SolidworksFunPraveenSingh Friend, I want to thank you for your help; I already corrected it, the error was in the diameter of the sprocket; since for the guide string it must be circumscribed. But everything is correct. I wanted to do the tutorial since I have to make a relatively similar system and I need advice. Do you think that privately we can talk and define how we can help each other?
