My parents were legal immigrants from Latin-American countries. They had to pay for and participate in classes to gain their citizenship. They also had to pay various legal fees. Today's immigration systemmigration system is completely unfair to those thatHad respected and played by the laws such as my parents.

Aloha Everyone! How did this young lady get citizenship when she came here ILLEGALLY and then COMMITTED FRAUD so she could be employed? It slaps every immigrant that came here THE RIGHT WAY, like my husband and other family members. My pop gained his citizenship during the Korean War. He went to an army recruiting office and told them he was from Mexico but wanted to become a United States citizen. He asked if he served in the United States Army, would he be able to become a citizen. They said they would help him. He served with pride, obtaining Medals of Valor and a Purple Heart and after the war was over, the Army was there for him and they helped him get his citizenship. I am offended by this spoiled child who feels she should receive everything on a silver platter. Someone used my SSN (they probably just made it up).... HUGE headache trying to open a bank account, getting an apartment, open an account with square to run my business! the credit bureaus never let you talk to a real person. Took a few years to get it sorted out. Same thing happened with my sister. You're not harmless, The laws are there for a reason
