For the last case shouldn't it be better to flip the front edge insted?

For this case yes. But there are a lot of times on 6/7 where you want to flip specifically the back right edge

@@HaysCubing Is it because of slice moves? Like do a Uw' 3Uw instead of a Dw moves? Also I have some A perms that are RUF, should these be better than the standard for big cubes? I'm glad you are uploading again!
