Pls don't get confused. 44 lakhs anta Sumne basic price hellodu ivru. Real cost can go approx 65 to 67 lakhs all including price of this building. adu extra idu extra anta add madi madi they wil make u pay more than u can imagine.. Just basic price helli video madthare. Amele if u call all the price wil be added as conditions and variable extra cost to be beared by owner .. 44 lakhs is for basic building structure only... interior , elevation work, flooring, earth work, govt fees , planning, permissions.. HPL sheet for ceiling, all wil be in premium price to be paid as extra by owner.. Kannada kuvara still how much u want to promote them.. let owner tell he finished this house in 44 lakhs anta.. !!

Exactly! his videos are misleading. I don't know why this youtuber gives wrong information so confidently.kites is not budget friendly. it really is expensive.this youtuber had suggested also home nest as budget friendly furniture shop in another video. we were literally frustrated by that shop owner who was not at all responding to our calls after paying 80 percentage amount as advance.

Pls be careful guys whatever the budget they say in this video and real cost for the building is not same. They keep budget for each item example pooja room for premium package is ₹25000 where as pooja room door as says in video 90k remaining owner scope. Likewise in every aspect they keep minimum budget anything goes behind owner as to bear extra cost.

Why are you giving False information to people No body can construct this entire house in 44 lakhs. YOu should Explain the price of the Owner Scope price also and Kites Scope. You should once provide an EXCEL sheet of prices details for each thing like civil work like basement , Columns, Walls , RCC , labour details, and interior work with labour that will be the total cost
