You and the Tung-ster make a great team. The Tung-ster has good taste. Danny, you are like a banana, yellow on the outside and white on the inside. Which means you know a little Chinese but got an American type taste buds. Don't forget to tip.

This place is like a typical HK cafe house. Lots of snack kinda food. Fantastic prices, very affordable and food looks yummy. "Cheung Fun" is referred to as rice rolls in Canada (i.e. Char Sui Cheung Fun = BBQ rice roll)

Yin Ji Chang Fen is a global chain from Guangzhou serving Guangzhou style chang fen - the type with the thin wrinkly rice roll wrapping.

Besides the quality of the food and the fact that he loves to eat this type of food, I bet Tung also likes the price of the dishes. Their dishes seemed to be reasonably priced. That should make you happy too Danny! Danny, I do have a question or 2 you: I remember you saying you and Tung have been friends for over 30 years now. How did you meet him?

Back in the day, there were pool hall in lower Manhattan and it was a place where *everybody* goes and hangs out. Tung was a one such person that frequented such pool hall, and was a person of honest character. I appreciate honesty in the world, even as a kid. Tung may enjoy the guts, brains and eyeballs, but he will tell you honestly about it!

In the case of zombie apocalypses, and society collapse, Tung is an ideal friend. hehehehehe ( because we will have to hunt, and tung would eat the head, feet, brains, kidney, intestines, eyeballs and leave me the ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, hehehehehehhe)

Hi Danny! Hi Tung! I still think Tung need his own KZfaq channel…he can just do short videos and put captions so he can show the exotic dishes he orders…he can just film and do voice overs. Danny you crack me up and you notice the littlest and strangest things…it’s not looking good for me guys! Lol! Were you scared? Reminds me when I was little my Grandma tried to trick me into eating frog legs…

Brains and feet and guts, lol. I have been fortunate enough to befriend Chinese immigrant restaurant owners who would lovingly bring me traditional food. Most of it I loved...but yes....traditional is brains, feet and guts.

Cash only Chinese restaurant? I am SHOCKED. Shocked, I tell you. I don't the preserved egg is that "normal" if you didn't grow up eating it. I mean, to you and I, the preserved egg/pork congee is a classic dish. But that black egg will probably scare off some people if they're not expecting it. The cheng fun didn't look too bad, even though I am also not a liver person. Also that HK milk tea was really expensive. I initially thought it was included with the curry combo.
