Hey anyone deleting their truck for the first time, do the tuning before the removal that way if anything happens for whatever reason, you aren't dead in the water with everything removed. Just throwing it out there, love the content brother!

Great job love the sound, can’t wait to do that to my 2017 2500 megacab. As far as the intake is concerned, may I recommend the banks Gen 2 intake update. I installed that on my truck 🛻 looks and sounds great. I to broke a bolt on my stock intake horn, steel and aluminum do not like each other. I was not worried about that because it wasn’t going back on anyway just had to get a new bolt for the EGR valve. As far as The lift goes me personally would just do a leveling kit with 35” tires. Again great job truck looks fantastic. Last but not least. Love the Heineken you had in the cup holder 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have a 2012 ram 6.7 I did the delete to but I put in the 4inch flo pro straight pipe but I put a twist pipe to knock down the drone noise got it from dirty diesel to they are a great business to deal with.

Canada, that`s a beautiful 4th gen you`ve got, I love watching your vids and the content, I also am running the EZlynk with CCS tunes from Dirty Diesel Customs, the guys there are awesome, especially Jordan! They offer excellent customer service and support, I`ve ordered all my upgrades through them and my 2017- 3500 sounds awesome. I have to suggest that you need to add a exhaust tip(flat black), S&B air box, Banks 4" intake with boost tubes and the grid heater delete. The Xotic head studs are another bonus too. Keep up the informative vids! Your ride sounds and looks wicked buddy, I may switch from the rumble to the hiss tune also. Gotta love a Cummins! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

What tuner did you use on your 08? What exhaust did you use? Seems like the 08 is easier to set up. Did you remove the trany crossmember to get out the front pipe or just cut the pipe?

Thats a beautiful truck. I have a 2500 4th gen just not the long horn. I'm running the 4inch flowpro exhaust. Running a h+s minimaxx and it sounds like your hiss tune only if my exhaust breaks are on.

night and day difference when these newer trucks start dieting , did mine 2 weeks after i bought my truck , my girl thought i was nuts with this new truck doing this but after one regen i couldn’t let the truck do that to itself anymore , plus the MPG are actually where they should be

You need a pusher coolant riser delete kit. My egr delete was leaking on my turbo and I couldn’t stop it. The kit cleans up the engine bay nice

Get you a mini C clamp and clamp it down for now. I like my Smeding intake horn. It’s not expensive and fits great.

Beautiful truck, love the rims. That sound is right on. Now it sounds like it should. I have an 08 3500 dually and want to delete but being in NYS I want to try to plate everything and leave the factory crap in place. At least that way when pulled over by the air police it looks stock. Can it be done ?

Yes it can, u don't have to remove your egr when u delete it. For the exhaust I've heard stories of people cutting open the def tank, and hollowing it out and re welding it shut

Dude! I got ccs at Christmas and wish I had waited to have your code! I went with efi live…you know…I don’t trust the government not to shut down the ezlynk cloud or something. When you say whistle tune, is that a specific tune or is that just the truck warming up with the exhaust brake on? Thanks man, enjoying your content as always!

They are good for as long as the engine setup remains the same. If u add after parts like fuel or air mods then u can get a revision file

Used the RaceMe Ultra for a tuner for my 2011 6.7 Cummins. That works great too. Not something you can use your phone for, but it’s all touchscreen. Waiting to get my truck back so I can finally get the 5in exhaust on it and a 6in BDS lift with 37’s.

Got my EZ LYNK installed! Have you tried a “Lope” tune yet? I have a Pontiac G8 that I did a cam swap on and it has a nice lope to it. Not sure how it would sound on our trucks? Or if it’s bad for the motor. My car engine was built and tuned for that lope.

I think I am going to go with the autocal over EZ lynk though. Do you have any recommendations on which 4 tunes to choose since aucal csn only support 4 tunes with their switch? I would love a couple small normal tunes, a good whistle tune & a high HP tune. Thanks & keep up the great content!

Sweet sounds so good I love it thanks for the video if I ever need to change my tunes I can try Dirty D I have efi by anarchy right now what if you need to switch from tunes to complete stock can you do that if you need to get it inspected on my efi live I can switch complete stock file with out delete

Beautiful truck but sounds like you should get the valves adjusted now that it doesn’t have the egr crap and it would purr My truck sounded just like it I couldn’t order at a drive through with it on but now it’s much better

Question why did you go with a 5inch? I’m making alittle over 800 rwhp on my 5th gen and I’m running a 4 inch and it preforms no problem 55mph. Definitely leave it on tune 1 unless your ready too replace and trans 😂 it will burn it up real quick and in a hurry.. and as far as turn stay with a vgt he’ll get a taterbuilt 63/68 and some injectors and head studs. I’ve got a s&s 10mm cp3 and 100% injectors

Where is the 3er Gen … Thats a bone stuck beatifull toy You ll be busy That coolant house elbow o ring at the coolant line conecction ( not the valve cover side ) will leak eventually down to your air intake down pipe and maight get into your turbo ( happened to me I just catch it on time Throw some tighter bigger o ring in there 💪 Good tunes Got my dually done with a custom one 3 years ago never a problem You love it 💪👈

Sounds good! I ran into issues with my 2020 and ccs tuning when I just unplugged the egr. Ran good for months then eventually noticed a power loss and more smoke. Installed the dirty diesel customs egr delete and solved all my issues. Great looking kit and re routes coolant to back cylinder. Are you going to run the ez lynk egt cable to reuse one of the stock egt sensors and plug it into the stock sensor near down pipe?

I have a edge cts3 that I'm going to install that has a probe incorporated into it. But the factory egt probe is already on the back of the turbo only probes that got removed were from the dpf but those don't matter. Yea thats why I removed the egr all together.
