Thank you for these lessons and all of your hard work! Quick question- how similar are Tunisian and Western Libyan in regards to accent and vocabulary?

I appreciate your support! Regarding western Libyan, I would say it's very similar to Tunisian, especially South-Eastern, except for some different words and expressions. Overall, it's each for both parts to have a conversation with their local dialect

I have a question: What are your thoughts on Tunisian Arabic? Do you consider it a dialect or a language? If you perceive it as a dialect, do you believe it should become a language or anticipate it becoming one in the future?

It's actually complicated to determine such a thing. All Arabs define what they speak as "dialects" whereas, for example, Tunisians and Iraqis cannot communicate at all by only using their local dialects. They have to use Standard Arabic to communicate, which is very different than Arabic dialects. Even though, for example, Czech and Slovak are considered two separate languages despite being very close, Arabs don't consider their dialects as languages.
