Tunnel No.18 is the highest tunnel above sea level and the second longest tunnel in Upcountry Railway line (main line) in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. It locates between Pattipola and Ohiya railway stations.
And also it is in the border of Central Province and Uva Province. In the vedio we enter the tunnel in the Central Province (Pattipola End) and exit in the Uva Province (Ohiya End).
At the Ohiya end we can see the Walimada plateau. But in this day it covered with the Mist 🥲. Because of lots of reasons like above this Tunnel is very famous and historical place in the Upcountry railway line 🚂 of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.
