A 4.6 is proven. I doubt that is. Not logical to suggest that. He’s doing great with this why change it for something “untested”

@@MrSandhu11 i completely get what you are saying and absolutely love what he is doing with the 4.6 2 vavle but let's face it . There are many limiting factors here . Heads being one . No extra head bolts . Limited on boost level . Obviously a custom intake would help but that's big $ . At the end of the day. There is no replacement for displacement . The 6.2 can be stroked to almost 400 c.i and can go .200 over on the piston size . Plus the head can flow 400 plus cfm . It is basically the bigger version of 4.6.

@Hobra_ untested I wouldn't say that, I would say it's the toughest mod motor ever though if we can even consider it in the mod motor family. You can get 460 ci out of it and an 800hp na one lives in a desert race truck, which is insanely impressive that's like a 1,000 1/4 miles passes consecutively. People just need to be educated of their capabilities. All the wake boat companies are switching to them because they're tougher and making easier power than when they were running LS.

@Hobra_ now imagine that 800hp na on boost, obviously you'd lower the compression that gets the 800 na but you'd still be starting with most likely 700 and it'd probably produce the same hp as this 4.6 on 20 pounds of boost and not 40+. The real answer to the question is because Andrew just wants to silence all the 4.6 2v haters. What I want him to do is put out more content, starting with building another 2v but more street oriented and producing a ton of content grudge racing LS and hellcats and gapping them and giving the 2v Mustang the reputation it deserves 🤣
