@@leeroy_3651 Hi there. That means the stock/factory M50 cams has been machined/re-profiled to the specifications of 272 cams.

Thank you!! I appreciate it bro. I'm running 225/40/18's. Car was hooking because the car was down on power that day. When I got home, the wastegate bolts were completely loose😂😅.
