The streetcar has a turbocharged 4.8L LS engine in it that was rescued from a junkyard and turned into an excellent drag-and-drive powerplant. I want to put this setup in my 73 chevelle SS. But I don't want to go 1000 horse. I want something that is powerful enough to roast some tires, go fast than most of the other cars on the road, but still get decent mileage on long highway trips. What setup do you suggest?
