These Turkey and Pinwheel Sandwiches are great to make for children or when entertaining guests. Pinwheels are tortillas filled with meat, vegetables, and/or cheese and wrapped. When you cut it into pieces it forms the shape of a pinwheel. So much fun to eat.

I wouldn't suggest making them two days in advance. The mayo can make them soggy. One day in advance should be fine.
