According to Turkish media information, work continues to integrate the Aesa radar, which is expected to be integrated into the Akinci Attack Unmanned Aerial Vehicle system in 2021, into the F-16 in the near future. The Aesa radar, developed by Aselsan and prototype activities continue, will be integrated into the F-16 Block 30 aircraft for the first time among F-16 aircraft.

A great opportunity for PAF to upgrade all birds with aesa radars that will surely help us to counter Indian acquisition of Rafael jets ...

China would also provide question is how to pay AESA radars are expensive like really expensive even at a bargain price so with very limited amount of money when it comes to choice between AESA on planes or more planes i think Pakistan would choose more planes with older gen still respectable radars perhaps with token force of AESA equiped air asset's.

@@enderiskender2977 well pakistan is looking a considerable upgrade program for its f-16 and the NG package offered by turkey would boost our air superiority capability enough to match or even overwhelm our eastern neighbours. Pakistan does have the money for the upgrades, it also has the tech to build its own aesa but that'll take time and the us would not allow sino-derived tech to integrate with our f-16s. once the US clears the turkish package pskistan will surely get it. As for now pakistan has 2 platforms with aesa and they are almost in their final stages, the jf-17 with the kl-j7a radar and the j-10c with the primary klj7 version.

@@globalthings1016 agree, but it's making its way. You can't compare a population of 1.5 billion ppl with largest export being labor to a country with population of 82 million. There are other indicators that you have to look at other than gdp in that case. As for size, japan, south Korea and UK is a good example of size doesn't matter.
