Aqsa, aacha banaya! Shahbash. Most things are original and well adapted for home cooking. Of course these will turn out best over a charcoal bbq. Although, I am Pakistani but I am also Turkish and a chef. So, cok guzel yaptin yani cok iyi basardin. Aferin. Video is well shot and presented. Many moe Turkish dishes that Pakistani's would love to learn. How about Antalya Piyazi!

this is a turkish dish, in turkey people use lamb or beef mince i never heard about Italian sausage are using for it, if you want to do experiment than go ahead with your favorite spices

never use flour! meat should be dry for kebab
