Is it good to transfer flight in Istanbul? The service is good in Istanbul Airport ?

It was a bit annoying that I wasn’t able to use the luggage karts cuz of how heavy the luggages I had was. The airport itself I think it’s too big and for anybody who does have heavy luggage with no karts and shuttle services no whatsoever. Personally I think it’s poor wise. If you have light luggage then you should be able to find the airport a-okay to navigate in.
