Turkish baklava varieties, professional baklava production facility, baklava dough making, Antep style baklava, pistachio walnut wrap baklava recipe, sobiyet and pistachio kadayif, 40 layers of baklava
Wheat flour, egg, salt and cold water are used for baklava dough.
Mixing process is done for 15 minutes
not a soft dough
The dough is pressed and goes to the machine, where it is rolled to the desired fineness, wheat starch is used.
Walnut Rolled Baklava
Rolled Baklava with Pistachio
cut to length of tray and placed
cut into bite-size slices
butter is melted and added generously
Baklava is made by laying on a tray, with pistachio or walnuts.
this baklava is known as 40 fold or 60 fold baklava
sobiyet baklava
Baklava dough is laid out and cut into sections of 5 cm square.
Milk product known as cream is added, its content is semolina and original cow's milk.

you have seen how the desserts are shaped, now fire, baking, frying and sherbet operations will be done
oak wood is burned and embers are expected for good taste
The oven temperature needs to be between 300 degrees and 250 degrees
For sherbet, beet sugar and water are added and a little lemon salt is added.
no glucose or other sweeteners are used, the syrup will be ready after half an hour of boiling
Baklavas that are fried on top are taken out of the oven and turned on the stove so that they are well fried at the bottom.

1 tepsi için 800 gram şeker 600 gram su kullanıyorum 1 parça limon tuzu eklerim 20 dakika kaynatıyorum, baklavacılar 800 gram şekere 400 gram su veriyor kaynatma ayarını kıvama bakarak anlarlar çok kaynarsa olmaz az kaynarsada olmaz en iyisi benim yaptığım gibi fırına atınca şerbeti koy baklava çıkana kadar yavaş yavaş kaynasın baklavayı çıkarınca direk veriyorum, kat konusuna gelince 30 kat olan baklavada var 60 kat olan sarmalar 20 kat sanırım 14:11 tıkla buraya bak sadece üstte 30 kat sayılıyor zaten

Hi, I am wonering about the sheeter machine, do you use starch for saparating the layers or because it is too hard dough there is no need for using starch. Also, if we looking to have a white Baklawa is it ok if we made the dough without eggs? And my last question, how much it coast the sheeter machine with all its relative stuff. Many thanks

yes starch is used, If you want white baklava, it is a situation related to frying, I know that it is cooked by covering it so that it does not brown and it is cooked for a long time, I did not understand the last question.

Use yoghurt and a little grape vinegar instead of eggs, It is normal for it to remain crispy for 2 days, then it will soften. It should not be left in a humid environment and should be in a place that can breathe. It will soften indoors.

صح عندهن لا اي حلو ولا حتى نوع المامونيه ولا الهريسه صرلي كم ١٢ سنة ادوق ولا شي بيضاهي الطعمه السوريه حتى كبار السن نفس كلامك وكلامي للعلم عمري رح يصير ٥٠ سنة ماشفت حلو بيضاهي السوري ولا حتى الطبخ بالرغم من شغلي بمطبخ سويدي الطبخ السوري هو الاول بعتبره

يمكن لأنك تعودت على البقلاوة السورية. بالنسبة لي النوعين لذيذات وحلوات. أحيانا أفضل التركية على السورية
