Baklava is made with honey and tea is called Chai tea not kite. Lived in turkey 2 years a long time ago.

I had liberty in Turkey years ago and was invited to a Turkish meal by a local family. The food was fantastic and not from a restaurant made it even better. Thanks for bringing up a good memory.😋🤗😁😀

I lived in Little Armenia in LA for awhile and they also had a local cuisine of a round thin flat pizza like dish. It had minced meat on it but no real cheese..was very tasty and very cheap! I bought it many times.

Watching these videos always makes me hungry! I just ate a late Lunch - some Ramen! ( I found a small jar of Pickled Eggs with only 6 eggs in a clear salt & vinegar brine! So I made some quick basic Ramen to enjoy one of the eggs!)

Very nice looking meal Eric and love the efes beer have it all the time if I go to Turkey and they sell it in supermarkets in the uk stuffed vine leafs they are they are called dolmades they are Greek

I haven't had Turkish food since I moved out of Toronto. It's so delicious! I add Turkish spice to cottage cheese and have that as a snack with whatever veggies I have on hand. Cheers, Eric

I feel lucky that as a Turk, I get to eat these here a lot cheaper. Beer, baklava and mixed kabab prices seem fair but rest are pretty expensive. I suggest everyone to try a lahmacun, as it is a very unique, tasty and actually healthy food from our kitchen.

ohhhhh man.. Eric each dish looked DE LISH OUS. Here in the Chicago Land area, we have sooooo many Middle Eastern restaurants to choose from.. You would love it. The driving/parking sitch - not so much, but if you come here, and offer to drive, I'd go with you to many so you could try them!!!
