I am a real world Airbus pilot with thousands of hours flying the real aircraft and thought it would be fun to have a look at the new detailed simulation of the longest baby 'bus by Toliss as well as the new MSFS a320 NEO. Hopefully you find this useful and it brings another perspective to your simulation. Any thoughts or comments are welcome!

Great video as always. A suggestion for the future: Could you do videos about "emergency simulations"? MSFS allows us to generate some emergencies, maybe you could talk us through how to approach some of them, like landing with only one engine. Also, I was able to find this video via the playlist you made, even though it is not yet listed in uploads. I am not sure if this is intentional. That, or my KZfaq is bugged, since the video only has one view right now. In general, I applaud your diligence concerning playlists. Keep up the good work!

@@320SimPilot hey mate just have a question which is kind of technical which I thought you could help me with! I was on final into Brisbane and the winds were pretty gusty and I hit toga power a few times momentarily to help stabilise the approach, once I landed and had turned the aircraft around the MCDU PERF page went straight to the go around page every time I clicked the performance page. When I set flex on take off it displayed MAN GA SOFT instead of the normal flex temperature, when I got airborne I could not select managed alt and the managed speed was the approach speed from the previous arrival. I also couldn’t select a alt greater than 30,000ft (in the init page it would say entry out of range), I am assuming in that situation for normal procedures I would’ve had to go around on that approach but I’m not quite sure. Hopefully you can help a bit so I can avoid that problem next time. Thanks 🙏

If you want announcements and pax sim for mfs I will recommend Luke air application. However it is still beta and has a few bugs. If you ever want to fly into EGKK I recommend using the Gatwick extreme add on, as not only does it make the sceanary better, but it also has a primitive form of a safe dock which is more than any add on airport I have seen and it is free aswell

Quick Note: 8:02 - Sometimes, FS2020 is buggy and you need to click twice on the "Baggage Service" button, 1st time, it will say "We dont know where the baggage is", but then it spawns outside. On the next time you call them, they will do the work and animations. Same with many items on that list (mostly if you go on a random gate and dont ask the ingame ground controller for a gate)
@kerucutgaming2216
@kerucutgaming2216 3 жыл бұрын
It happens when you park on an empty gates. So the first request is pawning the ground crews. While the second request execute the command. When there are ground crew available you'll only need to call once. So it is very predictable, just look at the ground crew exist on your gate/ramp or not.

Obviously practice, but more helpfully, take control off the AP well before 1,000ft AGL - while in practice you need to "get a feel" of the plane in different conditions, weather and weights etc, then focus on the entire approach from that moment, don't just try to nail the touch down itself, that will come. Big things to watch are a stable decent speed.. When you fly over the runway threshold, look/aim at the far end of the runway, and use your peripheral vision to keep your wings level, use the audio call outs and periferal vision to judge how hard to pull back and hold the flare... Use the airlerons or rudder very gently to make mini corrections / to kick straight any crab. But if you lined up well down to minimums, usually 200ft, the rest really does have much better chance... hence take over from the autopilot before 1,000ft AGL and really try hard to keep the things lined up, it will come second nature pretty quick and you'll centre line it without even trying
