Let's Learn Something, after a few days of work here is the look of our converted 220v Electric Generator from Car Engine and I also used 4 Stroke engine because it is easy to make.

Instead of using magnets, why not use a 35a bridge rectifier and take some of the AC generated "self excite" the rotor?, It would definitely need current put in to start excitation, a battery? An electromagnet should increase the power output as the more power drawn the more powerful the magnetic rotor becomes. Permanent magnets must have limitations? If they was better they would use them instead of electromagnets on all alturnators 👍🏼

@@DaVeHiLl200 permanent magnets don't like heat. I've had hobby remote control BLDC motor magnets fail, even to rated at higher rpm than I ever reached. Magnet gets hot and loss of magnetism. Permanent magnets are used in petrol generator running at 1000 rpm as opposed to 3500 rpm.

hi friend! i copped your alternator generator and it realy works!! i plugged the microwave in and it realy does produce enough to run any electric idem i used six power plug to plug into and all six worked great i had a radio and heater going outside where no electric just like you did wow! thankyou!! youre awesome!!!!!

The pump draw is about 500 watts max. And sound system by looking at the size of 2 woofers? But no specs on amplification. Could be a 500watt amplifier? 1 kw? Approximately? My GM car Alternator puts out 1200watts at max output. If I had a v8 GM Alternator ( a high output version) 2400 watts approximately at full field current. You can't run long at full field current! Alternator will burn out! Specification would be great!! Any reply appreciated.

If your car alternator puts out 1200 Watt at 12 v it means it's at 100 Amps. Then the alternator converted into 220 V can (theoretically) give an output of 100 x 220 = 22 Kw. Just saying, because you don't mention Amps.

Those are 1 x 1/2 x 1/8. So I am a little skeptical of this since he only powers every other pole and those magnets are defiantly NOT the strongest, which would be N52, but if they are N52 it would be more plausible.

if your output is 24v you need to buy a 24v inverter 1000w to convert AC power so that you can use

Here is the thing, who wants to know if this is fake or real? I have the tools, resources, and know how to test his setup. Here is the issue I have with his setup. 1) He puts the magnets under the poles. This would significantly reduce the flux being that far from the coils, higher RPM would mitigate this. 2) He only put magnets on every other pole = 6 poles of 12 total poles, again higher RMP would be needed. 3) Those rusty magnets look like 1.5" x 1" x 1/8", and unless they are neodymium there is no way that would work. I am building one myself. I have neodymium magnets, one set is 1.5" x 1/2" x 1/4" and I put them on every pole = 12. On another test I am using 1.5" x 1" x 1/4". If yours is correct then I only need to put these on every other pole. Stay tuned, and I will reveal if this is are REAL of FAKE!

Have you figured out if this was fake or not? I just got two alternators and just purchased basically the same size of magnets. Wondering if the stator winding would have to change to get such high voltage or just use existing polls that are on the stator? Let me know how far along this project you're in. Thanks.

@@drewskiakg2719 I am still setting up. I know it works since there is a patent that uses 1/2 HP motor with 2x alternators. In addition, this is just a version of the RotoVerter You just need strong enough magnets to increase the flux. The flux is maximized by putting the them as close as possible to the stator coils. I will be documenting my work along with the theory. The magnets I am using are 1.5 x 3/4 x 1/8 but they are REAL N52. Be warned that many are selling fake N52's that are really N38 or N40.

@@DaVeHiLl200 use a multimeter to determine which ends are of a winding. then find the different windings and measure the ohms. its not as simple as he makes it look. trust me

Six wires means you have 2 x 3-phase coils. If you want the same as he did then tie off one set and connect ph1 and ph3 just like he did. Or even better you can connect Coil1 ph1 + Coil2 ph1 and Coil1 ph2 + Coil2 ph2. this gives you double the power rating. So to summarize (ph11 + ph12) + (ph21 + ph22), where ph11 = Coil1 phase1.

This alternator is for 24 volt and 80 amber trucks. Even if you modify it, it will never give more than 40 volts. that is impossible. you are a bad person.

Что-то сильно напортачил с переделкой. По магнитам: магнитное поле будет слабоватым при таком исполнении, И две фазы закоротил накоротко. В крайнем случае их бы через конденсатор соединил, а так прикола не понимаю...Пайка межфазная расплавится или сгорит обмотка.

Warning, please do not copy! I have a huge problem right now. I connected the device to the socket and fed the free energy into the power grid for several months. I believe he is just using the gas generator to show how much the permanent magnet generator he made is producing, it runs all those appliances at once, it's around 2400 watts. Which is very impressive if true.

I am an Electrical Engineer with 10yr experience, and I will do this for you for a fee. I know exactly how to do it. 1) Alternator = $100 2) Magnets = $100 (neodymium N52), if you do not use the correct magnets, it will not work. We have to get it right the first try or it will cost more so don't skimp on magnets. 3) Cost of labor = $500 4) Cost to ship it to you TBD

You need to rewind the windings to get 220. They original ones are designed for 12v . it is all science. The guy gets 12v ... There is a video on KZfaq how a guy gets 120v with a new winding with 216hz. Frequency is another problem to solve. Lamps will work but electronics can get destroyed IF you provide more than 60

Pro Tip, do your homework before commenting. A rotating magnetic field produces AC voltage. He removed the diode bridge and voltage regulator so unlimited AC voltage can be generated on the output.
