Great intro! Better lesson! One of the reasons that make your lessons better, is that you speak faster! So you can teach more by telling more....and make us (non native English speaker) study English as well...

Great lesson! Immediate upgrade to understanding and applying Mixolydian bass fills. Practicing different positions up and down the neck, and different keys is extremely effective. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for that concept! I gotta say I like your tone from that jazz bass. I have a hard time dialing in thunder on mine. Its very thin and seems to blend in more than cuts through.

Well both options would definitely sound weird. Could be cool but that would depend on what exactly the other instruments are doing & your personal taste.
