For anyone wondering how to do the multiple selections with the freehand tool on PC the answer is to hold the CTRL and ALT keys at the same time. Thanks for the tutorial great video👍

Another amazing tutorial! Awesome to see you keep on coming with those ideas! Now, at 2min18sec, when you say it's a bit weird to see the brush in orange, not white, think of it this way: Affinity Photo 2 gives you an intelligent preview, knowing that you're on an inverted mask with the brush set to white, hence (without brushing still) notifying you visually what's going to happen when you start. I find this super useful actually! :) But it requires a bit of a mindset change ;) Man, keep going! You're giving us an amazing feast of projects to enjoy and use! HUGE THANKS!

Wow that explains a lot. I was trying to record this tutorial a few times and every time I quit because this bugged me like crazy haha. It kind of makes sense, but I’m so used to working with b&w on a mask that it will definitely take some time for me to get used to I guess. Thanks for your feedback and insights! I agree another great tutorial making it look easy (and with great help from your amazing brush pack!). I did notice your pronunciation of "J" to duplicate a layer sounded more like "G". Food for thought. Keep it going!
