ughhh, I'm so upset because I wasn't able to submit my exam last week and now I have to retake it. I don't think its fair, they should've had a backup from the beginning.

@@chrischika7026 I hear you and I'm glad they made the change for some but for an organization that boasts about "testing fairness" this whole situation seems to contradict that. Sure life isn't fair, but that doesn't mean that's an excuse to make bad decisions or good decisions when it's too late.

Viktor KC11 they mean that for like Spanish and Chinese not AP Language and Composition

Viktor KC11 I was referring to AP Language and Composition exam on Wednesday, not the Language classes such as French or Spanish. Those have a different set of parameters.

My ultimate gripe with this software is that it doesn’t auto submit when the time runs out. That’s just bad design that can cost people their whole exams, it’s just common sense that if the response is uploaded to auto submit when timer hits 0

ちょこみこちゃ they’ll only let you email after you get the error message, and each email will be unique for each student, so I guess they’re assuming the error will take someone 5 minutes to attempt to resolve

They email right after the 5 mins are up and the site says the they did not receive your submission so technically yes

If you just let the timer expire they don't have to let you submit your response. They already said in the Test Prep packet that running out of time was not a valid excuse to request a make-up test. Same will apply to these tests.

They won't provide you with an email unless you receive a page that says "we were unable to accept your exam". If you didn't submit and the time ended, they will count it as no answer

@@pubgcomedy4650 no, i believe (I may be wrong, but I am certainly sure) that it only comes to people who had an error in their submissions like the errors that happened to previous students who took the exam.

Last week for my APUSH Test I had trouble turning in the photo of my completed answer and ran out of time because of some technical difficulties. Now I have to retake it in June. Should’ve had it in the first place.

You will basically know your score by May 26 when your teacher grades it and the rubric comes out

Kia Ghods yeah and your test it’s not clear yet if it will come out to the general public but your Ap teacher is getting a copy of your test and I assume a rubric is released since teachers are going to use it to grade the test

I was not able to submit my first question but was able to submit my second question with a copy paste option. I sent them the first one but at the end of the exam they want you to send them both responses. So I have a question and please someone answer me So let’s say if I was unable to submit the second question, will I: 1.Directly go to a page that says “Congratulations! your ap exam is complete” and there will be a “request for make-up exam” option under “How was your exam experience?” Or 2. Will I immediately be transferred to a page that says “We did not receive your response”? What I’m asking is that do I have to go to their website and go to a link called “We did not receive your response” or will they themselves automatically tell me “We did not receive your response” right after the time ends? I really need an answer because this will decide if I should take the make up exam or no

When I was unable to submit my second question and the timer ran out, I was immediately taken to the “we did not receive one of your responses” page and they gave me the link to request a makeup. Hope this helps

The email address that you would send your essay to is a custom email address that is unique to each person. You'd only get this email address if the error message showed up after submitting. So if you don't submit you wont get the email address hence wont know where to email your essay to.

@@jennamichelle5043 you may be able to do that, but I don't see the point in writing an essay or answering the FRQs in full to only purposely submit it so it doesn't go through, cause then you'd either have to make it up or just accept no score.

No. College board is smart enough to know that taking 60 minutes to email your response is you finishing up your exam. Time limit is 10 minutes. But 10 minutes is still enough time to finish up your test. Good luck! We're all screwed, thanks to college board!

I had a “did not reciebe response(s)” issue on my calc BC exam. I instantly emailed them images showing proof of my work time stamped of when I emailed them to myself. I know they won’t except it, though, which really really sucks, even tho I sent the email right after my exam ended
