Just this morning, we put some of your world-famous, Green Chile Chipotle Relish on our omelets because we love that “blend of smoke and heat, with a hint of sweet.” Your relish takes everything to the “Next Level.” Even our cat “Button” wanted to sniff the jar it came in and started to purr. well , never cooked on a chuckwagon . but i was the 'cookie" with a boy scout troop for 14 years . while we encouraged the boys to shop and cook for themselves (for menus we would approve ) i did some tutorials on some knife skills (hope i didn't goof them up too bad) there was a few meals that i'd cook for the whole group (not just the attending leaders on a given campout) including the boys i don't know if it was as much as a treat for the boys as it was for me. you have to be careful , i learned, not to overthink the meal planning when you are feeding such a wide variety of ages. i remember cooking swiss steak for a group of 48 , my mom's version . this young , maybe 10 year old, fussy eater said he doesn't eat swiss steak . i asked if he liked regular steak . he said , sure ! i took some fresh water in a bowl and commenced to 'rinsing' the peppers, onions, and tomatoes off of the steak . and he ambled off to eat his dinner. later , he came to me and said "that was the best steak i ever had" . that made my day . i get it kent . ... it's not only about the food . that's what draws me to your channel , along with your buddy , daddy jack , in new london connecticut. it's never work , if you love to do it. i'm not a chef , just an electrician who loves to eat . bringing those scouts along for the ride ,,, was an appreciated bonus "it was" keep doing what your doing . just look at your followers .i'm proud to be one of them you really got something there ! stay safe and god bless
