It's been a while since I just recorded a simple vlog, so this morning at 5.30am I thought it might be a good idea to hit record and let my brain pour.
My anxiety levels were really peaking towards the end of last week. So much talk of corona and conspiracy and negative media, I think my head just reached a point where I needed to switch my focus.
This week I shall be mostly practicing gratitude. I need to change my mindset and thinking about the positive things I have in my life right now is a surefire way to get things back on track.
I hope you are all staying safe and social distancing. Keep smiling.
