Recovery is possible. First get any concerns ruled out by a doctor. Once you stop fearing 1 symptom another will likely replace it. Expect it. But recognize this pattern. You have to get your confidence back. Prioritize sleep. Focus on building your body with moderate exercise. Eat as much as you want but eat only Whole Foods with 1 ingredient. Get off of social media. Don’t watch or read the news. Let’s be clear. Even doing these things you may still have symptoms. That’s ok. Be consistent and realize the discomfort is temporary. It will pass. It always passes. All you need to do is get a little better every day. Setbacks will happen. Doesn’t matter. Take the hits and just keep moving forward.

I have had sleep hallucinations and head pressure for 3 weeks now. Getting a brain MRI sometime soon. Hoping that its just anxiety and nothing serious.

I wonder if there is no treatment or meds for all of these. Covid has given anxiety to 70-80% of the people. Not a joke. I have been on homeopathy for 3 years .....symptoms are still there. Less but there.

Hello, B's! Ilove your podcast. Billy, I doubt that you remember, I'm Daniela from Serbia, we shared some messages on Facebook a few years ago. Your older videos helped me a lot because they were so honest, you shared with us your bad days and falls just as your wins, so it was motivational for me. I'm happy to see that you have a happy life with your family. Some struggles we still have but we're get there, I don't have doubs. I have a questions or proposition for your next episode: how to find or keep the job? I did a lot in past two years. I went from almost housebond agoraphobic to a person that applied for a job (even I don't know how I'm gonna handle going everyday for at least 8 hours). I feel I need to make this next step. I cannot shelter myself anymore even if it scares the s... out of me. Take care and keep doing this. We love it 🙂!

Hi Daniela, it's been a long time. Thank you for the idea for a discussion this week. We'll definitely see what we can come up with. And I have no doubt in my mind that you could hold down a job. Be positive 😀

Hey guys, there is a FDA cleared device that is starting to be covered by some insurance companies in the Pittsburgh area called freespira. You use it twice a day for 28 days with an instructor, and it's supposed to be helping for ptsd and panic disorder. I don't know if they have it in the EU or Britain yet. Anyway, I'm waiting to see how much is covered by my insurance company. There are some KZfaq videos on it if you guys haven't heard of it. Keep up the good work!

I have a question for B" how long this time have you been trapped in your house? When was the last time you went to a store? And what do you do all day everyday? I'm only asking because I have pretty much the same stuff going on. I get so depressed with this stuff I'm missing out on so much!!! I know you mentioned your on a benzo. My doctor gave me some but I'm to scared to take them because there so addictive. Do you take them everyday?and Billy your doing so good don't really know what to say. Except how's your little dog doing?? And good luck on Tuesday with your meeting. Still watch your great videos.

Hey guys, sorry I missed the live show. Caught the replay. I picked up on your podcast by coming across Billy's older videos. Livin in W.Pennsylvania, been to Clevland a few times 4 years ago so I know what ya mean about wanting to live somewhere else B. I missed the show cause I was having massive panic. Would like to do a header off the roof. Talk about suck I went 40 years in between panicattacks, but I wanted off my med so now I'm paying for it big time, especially since everyone that used to be support people have passed a away. Anyway great fun listening to you guys, gets my head out of my problem for a bit.

please can you explain to me why dizziness associated with anxiety is not dangerous?
@rubytuesday4564Ай бұрын
Maybe this guy should consult KZfaq posts to find the answer. Dizziness upon waking up. Science is controlling here, not his thought-free anxiety.

Pressure in the whole head , slight weakness fell in the body , difficult to swallow something , while resting especially in evening and night trying to sleep sudden weird feeling comes in the head it makes me awake through the night. The more research about the anxiety the more u will experience Distracted these brain zaps like listening music at high volume, playing chess and make call with friends are slightly helpful for distracting from brain zaps and anxiety

Heat makes me feel terrible. One of the things I hate most is loss of energy so that I can't go out walking as briskly and so far with the dogs which is a major factor in my daily mental health wellbeing.

Mate I've just stumbled on your Wales trip this was still is sometimes me but I actually stumbled on something that helps I tried everything going since sliced bread then one day I needed to drive somewhere just before I was due to leave BAM there it was dizziness almost like my head was like my mum when I was gonna go out when I was younger her saying (your not going out your stopping here) so instead of dwelling on the dizziness I said out load it's my anxiety then I physically laughed at it and said you ain't stopping me I'm not a child and laughed at it again I found the more I did this the less I got dizziness when I was gonna do stuff may be turning a negative in to a positive by laughing at it sorta tells ur brain well that's not gonna work I noticed as time went on weeks would pass without an attack if or when it did I laughed at it it just went away give it ago and anyone else reading this see how u get on

When you also have afib , a panic attack is even scarier because they feel similar and afib can damage the heart over time so you can’t feel safe!
