Safdar Kh I liked the story but his Kung Fu just seemed unorganised and out of place like the guy knows So many Styles at once lmao. Reminds me of the fraud in this video to claim to be a Master of over 20 styles such Chang Quan (Long Fist Kung Fu) and as a practitioner of that style it triggers tf out of me to see someone like him disrespect the style so much. Compare his Tutorial on the forms to other Masters in the Video and you'll see.

That was one of the best videos I've seen. I am looking to strengthen my hands, wrist, shins and forearms. My Kyo Sam Ba Nim ( Mr. Ian ) and I are working together on this. He is a Third Dan and I am currently finishing up my month long test for my Second Dan. Tonight was actually my third phase test. My daughter Emme (age 17) is testing right along side of me. I started learning it with her to help her build confidence plus daddy daughter time. I am 51 and started late with martial arts and I've been studying for 7 yrs ( 4 days a week). I understand the concept of micro fracturing and massage. What I did not know was about the oils. I would love to know how to make them or where to get them on line. Some time the massaging is just not enough. If you could send me a link that would be great or where I can find a book on it. I live in rural east tennessee so there are not really any Chinese markets that I know of. Oh and our style of Karate is Korean Tang Soo Do. Again I have really enjoyed your videos and your passion for the arts. Keep up the good work. Keith

Hey man iron fist is done with the bottom three knuckles and it takes a long time hitting sand bags and then rocks in the bag then iron pellets. Your using your top two knuckles which is a spiraling rams head fist for soft targets and should be practiced on a bag or soft target. I've trained both and have broken colondile joints to prove that the first two knuckles shouldn't be used on hard targets. Reason behind this is your first two knuckles are yang and your last three are yin, when you put force to force yang into yang you effectively break you want to alternate current so your punch would be yin from yang joints and yang from yin joints.

The bottom two have no support, and yes you would want to punch to a soft part of the body. Punching really isn't meant for the head it's better to use backfist Hammer fist and palm strikes to the Head and punches for the Torso;)

Mr. Bugg I can not speak about the Chinese Martial Arts Iron Fist but the Japanese/Okinawan 鉄拳 (てっけん) TEKKEN or Iron Fist training can use 正拳 (せいけん) SEIKEN which is the front first two knuckles, 鉄打ち (てついうち) TETSUI UCHI or Hammer Fist, 裏拳打ち (うらけんうち) URAKEN UCHI or Backhand Strike (there are more but these three are the most common ones). Yes, each 技 (わざ) WAZA or techniques are used or given parts of the body.

I was trained in Kung fu Chinese Boxing, but did learn many Tai Chi movements and forms. We trained on cinder blocks. Jumping up onto them for foot conditioning, and for our palms to learn to hit through the block, eventually breaking it. You can hear the difference in the tone of the block when it’s resonating properly. I want to train more, but have many limitations now after a failed surgery. But so want to get my body conditioned again and work on the forms

Nice to know there are like-minded people out there in this world. I love to run in the morning and train iron palm, iron body styles on the trees. I love trees… I love this planet, tho I despise what’s happening to it today. I will start taking a trash bag out with me and cleaning up the woods as I run. I appreciate you and everything you doing brother. God bless you and yours. Monk 🤍🤍🤍

Hi Jake Mace what a good video. One thing that you have been mentioning is that the vibration of the objects goes into the body. In despite that i have done some of the same form of training, and I know that ancient masters have done the same, I do not understand why it should be healthy(the vibrating of the object back to body). Can you describe that??
