Thanks for the advice, i actually have VPN active there but Express doesnt show itself when running..plus this is a tutorial for emergency connection if everything else fails so people have a way to connect and not get stranded.

I use AT&T prepaid on the Platinum Plan, Unlimited Data with 40GB Hotspot. Been using PDANet+ on PC and Android (used to be FoxFi on Android) for a decade or so. AT&T since 2016 @ 800GB-1TB a month tethering via USB OR Wi-Fi Direct. NEVER have I been in trouble or throttled. But if I use the actual paid for 40GB Hotspot data, I will get tethered on that hotspot data. But my normal data is TRULY unlimited. I dunno if it's AT&T or if it's just because of where I live. PDANet+ is better than all of this stuff, btw. It has USB tethering, Wi-Fi Direct tethering, Bluetooth Tethering, I can make a "Hotspot" to share with someone else that has PDANet+... it has throttling options and an option to hide it from your carrier (and I don't even use that). He's full of it when he says it's faster than PDANet+. I get the exact same speeds tethering as I do just using my phone. Whatever my phone gets is what I get tethering via USB or Wi-Fi Direct. This guy must be trying to make a buck off of this lesser clone app. Where's his app's Wi-Fi Direct tethering? I only see USB and Bluetooth. With Wi-Fi Direct tethering, I can put my phone in the best place in my house for speed/ping. Imagine using this app and having to do that with a 50 foot data only USB cable (I have one). It won't keep your phone charged. And Bluetooth? Nah, 30kb/s or whatever just ain't for me. I've used Torrents and everything, your speed is going to come down to your carrier AS is the possibility of getting a letter in the mail saying "we know you're tethering and we will blacklist your IMEI if you don't stop." I bet this guy made this app or has something he's getting out of it financially... Aren't ya, omnitek? Does this app do IPv6? PDANet+ does. You made this app, didn't ya? You or a friend.

i think it should...i see no reason no to...but i can't say for sure since i don't have a steamdeck
