Recipes:
RASMALAI MUG CAKE
1/4 cup yogurt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp infused milk
1/2 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
microwave for 2 minutes
whipped cream
chopped pistachios
rasamalai
Infused Milk:
2 tbsp milk
pinch of cardamom powder
saffron strands
RED VELVET MUG CAKE
1/2 cup maida
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup curdled milk
1 tbsp red food colour
microwave for 2 minutes
cream cheese frosting
red sprinkles
Curdled milk:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vinegar
BUTTERSCOTCH MUG CAKE
½ cup maida
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup oil
½ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butterscotch nuts
microwave for 2 minutes
buttercream frosting
caramel sauce
butterscotch nuts
BLACK FOREST MUG CAKE
5 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 sugar
1/2 baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
8-10 cherries halves
microwave for 2 minutes
chocolate ganache
whipped cream
chocolate shavings
cherry
