The cute little bowls look like salt cellars to me! My grandma had some but they were clear crystal. She put them out on dining table every Sunday dinner. She always had a relish plate loaded with fresh vegetables. I am 79 years old so you know that was a long time ago! Love your videos💕

If you haven’t seen his channel he also does a lot of thrifting as well as trash picking/salvage and he has a golden doodle puppy named salsa. The lamp that is missing crystals was probably what is called a luster (usually there would be a pair) that has been converted into a lamp.
