Thank you Jacob. I hope to get much better at this. I like the idea of making my pumpkin pie from really natural pumpkin without fillers or additives. What do you think?

It is really easy and you will save money, especially considering how store prices keep escalating. Wouldn't it be nice to know exactly what is in your pumpkin pie and to know you saved enough money to make multiple pies, not just one or two?

I dont think I've ever seen someone make pumpkin puree with actual pumpkin

It seems like the commercial industry has kept it a secret. But it is not hard to do. You can freeze the puree and use it for cookies, bread, cakes, and of course, all the pumpkin pie you would like.
