Indeed, you ARE the best! This is so much clearer than the EMI I have, at points I had to go back to listen again, just to make sure it was the same performance. She was a great singer. I think we all know about her vocal problems at times but her interpretive ability even in these recording is so commanding. Few can sing these arias at all but to do so with such feeling is amazing.

Cuidado para quien no este preparado para la potencia y el volumen de Callas, realiza el acto como un equilibrista, acumulando tensión y magia inexplicable, hace de Anna Bolena un milagro! Muchas pueden seguirla en el camino, imitarla, pero jamás alcanzarla, y es que el grado de histrionismo vocal (como actoral) sigue sin rivales. Este es uno de los pilares de la Callas, una noche donde todo ocurre maravillosamente, el ambiente perfecto para que la Divina haga una de sus proezas sobre el escenario. Brava Callas!!!
