Lol...I don't know about that. We've only had a couple of people in Gatlinburg recognize us out in public. And one in North Myrtle beach. I don't think the lady here at the restaurant saw us on KZfaq. She just thought she had seen us at that restaurant. I do think they are going to watch for the video about their restaurant, though. I hope so.

Well, I don't eat seafood! Bit I watched because I like your channel. Lol 😊 Looks like a beautiful area. No, I wouldn't like hearing f- bombs either. That would be a turn-off for me. Especially when prices are high. Ty for sharing! 🐢 🐢 🐢

I like the looks of the place, it looks like a neat place to eat inside or outside. I want to know how y'all keep from sweating in that heat, it would be pouring off of me. That would ruin my meal if I had to peal the shrimp. I'm glad y'all were still able to enjoy the meal. I agree with you about language and it seems like it is on the internet way more than it used to be, it is getting hard to watch videos now.

You are right. Some videos that would otherwise be good, are ruined because people don't know how to talk like adults. That's one thing we are committed to, is keeping this channel clean. You will never hear that kind of language on this channel. It is a beautiful place to eat. And we were sweating. Had we eaten outside, it would have been worse. Here in Florida, you can take a shower and go outside, and you feel like you need another one within 10 minutes. It's been especially bad this week.

Love the video! Nicely done. We used to live across the road from Turtles before we got smart and decided Gulf front living is risky business. There's another really nice Bay front restaurant almost directly across the Bay from Turtles called The Point, also called Evies the Point. It's a new 3 story building with a spectacular view of the whole bay. Because it's facing West there is some great sunset dining. Get there an hour before sunset for sunset dining. Both indoor and outdoor dining available. Even though its warm, I prefer outdoor. Since it's up high there is usually a breeze. Prices are lower than Turtles, ambiance quite a bit better, quality about equal. Restaurant is on the second floor, bar is on the third floor. Its now our go to waterfront restaurant for everyday dining out.

Thank you for the good recommendation. We will have to check it out on our next trip. Unfortunately, we're leaving out of here Thursday morning. But we come here yearly, and we are always looking for something else to try.

I think they will. Even the lady who was taking our picture, said she was going to tell management that we were making a video there. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I totally agree with you, that kind of language is not appropriate anywhere in public. I certainly hope management corrects this.

@vsnewsome Yes, me too. In fact, I think I'm going to message them and send them the link to the video, so that they can hear of our experience. Again, it was an overall good experience, but that was unpleasant.

Food looked great! The inside looks good with the tropical colors ! Hate yall had to hear the improper language from some of the employees. Hate they were loud where yall could hear them but hate it even more they think they need to use those words period!

Absolutely. It's a shame people can't express themselves like adults. I don't think they realized they could be heard, because again, we were the first and only customers in there at the time. I think they just didn't realize it, but like you said, there's no need for that in the first place.
